What is governed autonomous blog publishing?

Governed autonomous publishing lets software plan and publish within approved rules while stopping work that needs a person. Blogged offers Assisted review and Full publishing under the same safeguards.

01
Review every post

Use Assisted when a person should approve each draft.

Blogged writes on schedule, then keeps the post in review until your team accepts it.

  • Scheduled draft creation
  • Human approval before scheduling
  • Audited release to manual control
02
Publish when eligible

Use Full when approved rules can make the routine call.

Eligible posts schedule and publish only when every required safeguard passes.

  • Approved Content Directions
  • Automatic scheduling
  • Governed publication evidence
03
Stop when needed

Route exceptions instead of publishing through them.

Quality, knowledge, image, and sensitive-claim issues block publication and name the role that can resolve them.

  • Quality and evidence holds
  • Image-readiness checks
  • Owner controls for sensitive claims
04
Stay reversible

Pause Autopilot or return a draft to manual work.

Stop future generation, reject a Full draft, or detach an Assisted draft without losing its history.

  • Pause and resume
  • Release held drafts
  • Preserved revisions and provenance
How it works

A clear path from setup to outcome.

  1. 01

    Choose Assisted or Full

Match automation to the review level your team wants.

  2. 02

    Approve the publishing rules

Set Content Directions, cadence, and any required owner acknowledgements.

  3. 03

    Resolve only the exceptions

Eligible work moves; held work shows the decision it needs.

Autonomous does not mean unchecked.

Full Autopilot moves eligible posts. Assisted and governed holds keep people in the decisions where they add value.

FAQ

Questions about Modes and governance.

What is the difference between Assisted and Full Autopilot?

Assisted keeps every draft for human review. Full can schedule and publish an eligible post after all approved safeguards pass.

Can Full Autopilot publish any draft?

No. The post must pass Content Direction, quality, knowledge, image, and risk checks. A failed check creates a hold.

Can I pause Autopilot?

Yes. Pausing stops future Autopilot generation. Posts already scheduled stay scheduled unless you change them separately.

Can a held post return to manual control?

Yes. Rejected Full drafts and detached Assisted drafts can return to manual work with their history preserved.
